| Vials are the least expensive component of your LC-
or GC-System, but can be the biggest contributor to problems that

CTC Analytics recommends the approved suppliers below, which provide a wide selection of high-quality, innovatively-designed glass vials, plastic vials, screw and snap cap with different septum options for your PAL autosampler. They also offer a selection of 96-well collection plates and associated cap mats and low-volume glass inserts. Factors such as sample preparation, detection method, mobile phase, analyte structure and volatility play an important role in determining the appropriate vial and septa for your applications. Syringes are nothing less than the heart of every sample injection system. As measurement devices they are precision instruments which need appropriate attention. CTC Analytics choosed Hamilton Corporation as it's main syringe supplier. PAL System syringes require special dimensions regarding scale, needle length, needle gauge and needle tip. Each single syringe is subjected to quality control procedures to make sure that it meets the expected high precision and accuracy. | ||

CTC stocks permanently 12 different LC and 16 different GC syringe types. For easy identification every PAL compatible syringe is marked with the CTC logo on top of the glass barrel. Identical versions can be ordered either through your CTC distributor/OEM supplier or through your local Hamilton distributor. If a specific application requires a needle gauge, length or tip style combination not listed in the PAL Accessories Catalog a custom type can be produced. Custom syringes require a minimum order quantity of 3pcs. |

Together with Hamilton Switzerland, CTC Analytics has developed a high performance generation of HPLC microliter syringes. The main features are zero carry-over and a long-lasting plunger. Tests with critical samples like phospholipids, basic molecules and peptides have shown that carry-over can be reduced by a factor of 10 depending on the sample. The life cycle of the plunger is improved by a factor of at least 10 compared to today's standard syringe. Syringes for HPLC applications are available in volumes of 25, 50 and 100µl. The X-type syringe is exclusively available through CTC Analytics distributors and is shipped with all new HPLC PAL systems. |
